As Head of Sales you will take a key position to ensure that our sales channels are implemented and improved in a data-driven and goal-oriented manner.
What we expect from you:
- 3-year minimum experience in Amazon FBA, a brands webshop, and CRM system
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality
- Growth oriented mindset with a clear understanding of the “big picture”
- You are a team player and take leadership
- Ambitious, self-organized, agile way to work
- Willingness to develop new sales strategies
- Perfect English and German skills (C1)
- Music/audio enthusiast is a bonus
- Lead the sales department at LEWITT
- Develop sales strategy and growth
- Build our Amazon FBA shop
- Develop the LEWITT B2C webshop
- Maintain and strengthen relations with our existing distribution networks and partners
- Implement CRM tools
- Grow knowledge about customers (true conversion cost, lifetime value, etc.)
- Perfect our sales/marketing funnel
- Identify leads, retargeting, upselling, cross-selling, etc.
